Relevant matters are notified as follows:

1. Pilot demonstration content

Focusing on deepening the integrated development of manufacturing and the Internet, focusing on the two Select a number of pilot demonstration projects to explore the formation of replicable industrial Internet platforms, industrial Internet platforms for key industries, cyber-physical systems (CPS), industrial Internet big data application services, industrial e-commerce, and Sino-German intelligent manufacturing cooperation. , new business formats and new models that can be promoted, and enhance new momentum for the transformation and upgrading of the manufacturing industry.

　2. Application requirements

　(1) Project application entities include manufacturing companies, information technology companies, Internet companies, Telecom operators, scientific research institutes or their consortiums. Applicants should have good economic strength, technology research and development and integrated innovation capabilities. Among them, manufacturing companies have higher levels of digitization, networking, and intelligence, and have better conditions for Internet applications and system integration applications; information technology companies, Internet companies, and scientific research institutes have product solutions for large-scale applications and provide systems for manufacturing companies. Solution experience. The subject of application for Sino-German intelligent manufacturing cooperation must be an institution registered in China with independent legal personality, including manufacturing companies, information technology companies, scientific research institutes, industrial parks or their consortiums in China and Germany (details in the application form) See attachments 2, 3, 4).

(2) Pilot demonstration projects are recommended by local industry and information technology departments and central enterprise groups. The pilot demonstration content in 2019 includes 17 items in 6 categories. Each applicant can only apply for one project, and each application project involves no more than 2 categories of pilot demonstration directions. The number of pilot demonstration projects recommended by each local industry and information technology department shall not exceed 10. The number of pilot demonstration projects recommended by each central enterprise group shall not exceed 3. Projects that have obtained pilot demonstrations in relevant directions are not allowed to apply again. The Sino-German intelligent manufacturing cooperation direction does not accept projects that only purchase products but do not transform and absorb technology. It is recommended that all localities make overall arrangements for the direction of project application and try to avoid excessive concentration of projects in one direction.

(3) The Ministry of Industry and Information Technology evaluates the pilot demonstration application formReview and select projects that meet the requirements to carry out pilot demonstrations. The pilot demonstration period is 2 years.

　3. Progress Arrangement

Before August 31, 2019, local industrial and information technology departments and central enterprises The group recommends application projects.

Before September 30, relevant experts will be organized to review the submitted projects.

Before October 15, the list of pilot demonstration projects will be determined and made public.

Before the end of December, carry out annual inspections and effect evaluations of pilot demonstration projects, carefully summarize practical experience, and publicize and promote typical practices.
