The "Notice" proposes that from November 15, 2020 to December 31, 2020, cement (including grinding stations), carbon, bricks, ceramics, refractories, copper, lead and zinc smelting, The 12 key industries of recycled copper, aluminum, lead and zinc, corundum, casting, ferroalloy, lime kiln, and furniture implement differentiated production regulation.

· A-level enterprises in key industries, performance-leading enterprises and enterprises at the top of the green development rankings will not be included in seasonal production regulation, and enterprises will be encouraged to implement independent emission reductions;
